What's Not Covered
- Equipment not purchased or installed by VBTRONICS.
- Products that have reached manufacturer end-of-life (EOL) or are no longer supported.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, weather, vandalism or unauthorized modifications.
- Network, Internet/ISP or third-party software issues outside the installed system.
- New installations, upgrades and expansion work quoted separately.
