VBTronics After-Sales Support

Ongoing support, maintenance, and administration for the security systems we install — so your video surveillance and access control keep working the way they should.

Who it’s for: Existing VBTronics customers with video surveillance and/or access control systems purchased from and installed by VBTronics.

What’s covered

  • Troubleshooting & repairs — phone support, secure remote diagnostics, and on-site repair or replacement.
  • Preventive maintenance — scheduled health checks, firmware and software updates, and alarm & camera testing.
  • System changes & administration — camera recording schedules, adding or removing door-access users, and resetting passwords & credentials.
  • Training — onboarding new staff on your system, on-site or remote.
  • Documentation & records — secure credential storage, as-built system documentation, and warranty tracking.

What’s not covered

  • Equipment not purchased from or installed by VBTronics.
  • Products that have reached manufacturer end-of-life (EOL) or are no longer supported by the manufacturer.
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, power surges, weather, vandalism, or unauthorized / third-party modifications.
  • Network, internet/ISP, or third-party software issues, and customer-supplied hardware.
  • New installations, expansions, or upgrades (quoted separately).

Coverage and response times follow your VBTronics support agreement.

VBTronics support plan includes the following items, when purchased from and installed by us, for equipment that not end-of-life. Basic support includes up to 30 minutes of total billable time includes, per month, while your account is current:
  • Panel reconfiguration
  • Key configuration
  • New User training
  • General troubleshooting
  • Credential reset
